What is ICE?

ICE is a bundle of therapeutic and preventive care exercises developed by a National Association of Sports Medicine Certified personal trainer Damon Sepehri, that supports cardiovascular and pulmonary health. ICE uses Cardiopulmonary Function Tests, EKG Stress tests, Physical Fitness Assessments to incorporate a personalized exercise routine to improve cardiopulmonary stamina and agility. We only work individually with our clients such as athletes, adults, and elders with a history of COPD, Asthma, and ARDS and Obesity. By working therapeutically, we are incorporating sports medicine exercises and cardiopulmonary assessments to improve the quality of their daily living and preventing cardiopulmonary complications.


Why is ICE important to be used in your daily physical training?

This group of exercises should be used in your daily physical training by a personalized assessment and tests to conduct your cardiopulmonary functioning followed by a specified care plan of action to implement an exercise regimen based on your current challenges. This group of exercises are used to utilize and improve oxygen intake, increase vo2 max, manage COPD, ARDS while optimizing and improving cardiac function and strengthening your heart to keep arteries clear of obstructions.


How are assessment's done at Ice_prospective_healthcare?

By booking a free consultation, we can understand where your physical fitness conditioning and cardiopulmonary functioning stands through a Pulmonary Function Test and a EKG Stress Test. These tests and assessments are your personal guidance towards a successful personalized exercises regiment plan to thrive and prosper towards a healthier you. These assessments are also a future indicator of any cardiovascular or pulmonic complications, your Vo2 and a parameter indicator of your stamina. We try to emphasize preventative care methods through exercise science and assessments to help prevent cardiopulmonary complications.


what is next?

After your consultation, we will be reviewing your assessment results and creating a personalized care plan. In your Care Plan we will include what your challenges are and how we can solve them through a personalized exercise regimen. We will be with you throughout every step of your journey with ICE by weekly consultations and new assessments and weekly exercise regiments. If you become a ICE member you will also have access to new resources and blogs regarding cardiopulmonary exercises, assessments and nutritional guidance.
